How It Works

1. Simply sign the sale agreement that we sent you, include your phone number and email and send it back to us via a clear phone photograph, email, or regular mail.

2. Upon receipt of the sale agreement, we’ll spend a few days doing some due diligence, speaking to the tax office, zoning &planning then we reach out to you with any questions.

3. We’ll get the title work going and barring any unforeseen issues we should be able to close in 2 to 3 weeks. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. Our attorney/title company will also be in touch regarding any information they might need from you.

4 Once all necessary documents have been signed and closing is complete, the attorney/title company will distribute funds accordingly.

What if I’m behind on my taxes?

Typically, the sale proceeds will be adjusted for taxes, but depending on how many years have been missed it would be at the discretion of our management team as to whether we could cover.

Do I need an attorney or real estate agent?

We have an attorney/title company that can conduct the closing thoroughly and efficiently. With us, you do not need a real estate agent.
